The "death penalty" is justified for particular people, according to our law and the Bible. It's held for those who have committed murder, the unjustified (criminal) taking of another's life.

OBL wasn't given the death penalty - he was killed in a war he and islam declared on America; he was a war criminal. You can't blame this on me Commissarka...it's not as if I have not tried or encouraged both og you as my dearest Comrades.
