Another Ungrateful Ex-Soviet Talks Smack About Free Cheese

User avatar

This rant has been reposted and illustrated for Party members only. Rated R for offensive language against free cheese and mouse traps.

Free cheese can only be found in a mouse trap

Would any sensible person desire to be enslaved, to live according orders and rations, to willingly enclose himself behind the barbed wire? The answer is no, isn't it?

What if a person is promised to have free food, free housing, free education, free healthcare. And no need to sweat for it. Some would say yes to this.

However, free cheese can be found only in a mouse trap.

I was born and grew up in the Union of Soviet Socialistic Republics (Soviet Union). I remember how happy I was in a childhood because I believe in the “best country in the world, in the real and only democracy” and not In that “cruel and awful America, where they exploit working people and kill blacks.” All America was presented to us as one big KKK society. It was lie, but we were well brainwashed because we did not know the difference.

It was like if you were born in a prison – you did not lack food, you had bed and roof, you had books and entertainments. You actually could do many things on your own. Except that you didn't have choices or freedoms. Also, if you said something bad about the prison or about the administration, you would be punished. You had to live according the prison's rules to be safe . Of course, this comparison is virtual, but very close. And actually, we were even happy. We didn't know different.

We did not know that we were not free, because we didn't know what freedom really was; we were raised brainwashed by school and mass media. We presumed that we were free because we were told so.

Read more here, in case you're morbidly curious about how far this traitor of the glorious Motherland has fallen.

THIS JUST IN:

A caller on Rush Limbaugh's show, Irina, is talking about the same things:

Russian Immigrant Thought She'd Outrun Socialism
RUSH: This is Irina from Acworth, Georgia. Great to have you. It's Open Line Friday. You're next. Hello.

CALLER: Hello. My name is Irina, and I appreciate that you took my call, and I want to say special thank you to your team. They were very nice to me. I was born in Moscow. I came here 14 years ago. I was 35 years old. Now I'm 50. And I want to tell you, I'm very optimistic. I feel with all my guts that Romney will win this election. But I still have fear, and I'm terrified by seeing what's going on four years in this country. I'm terrified that people can put an Obama in Oval Office, back again.

RUSH: See, people who lived under socialism know. You've lived under this stuff, and so you have a palpable fear when you see it starting to grow here. Am I right?

CALLER: I see whole symptoms, Rush. They're there. What terrified in any way people... I communicate with many people, and I see how uneducated and unopen-minded they are. They cannot believe it, what they hearing.

Why should the rich enjoy their Camembert, Feta or Parmigiano-Reggiano

Hey, Neotrotsky, the answer is simple! Because they can! What other answer is necessary? Hmmmm?

And government subsidies for mouse traps.

Also we need a well-funded gov't research program of possible economic benefits and nutritional value of rat milk and rat cheese, especially if we can train rats to milk themselves.

New York Subway Rat milkshake, anyone?

Drink rats' milk, says Heather Mills
Heather Mills has urged people to drink milk from rats and dogs to help save the planet.

Ms Mills said that livestock created far more carbon emissions than transport, so we should go vegan - someone who eats no meat or dairy produce - or at least find something else to put in tea or coffee.

At Speakers Corner in Hyde Park, central London, she said: "There are many other kinds of milk available. Why don't we try drinking rats' milk and dogs' milk?"

Comrade Square, while I'm all for rat (and all other government) subsidies, I don't believe that it would be in the best interest of the Party to train the rats to milk themselves.

Level upon level of bureaucracies could be built around the concept of Jobs for Americans Milking Rats. Rat milking standards will be necessary to develop and maintain, and they must be properly enforced. Supervision of the milking of all rats, as well as management and proper documentation, are critical as well. I foresee a day when millions of jobs, both government and private sector, are based upon the milking of these rats, For the People!

User avatar
I agree. And don't forget that those will all be Union jobs with prevailing wages, early retirement, healthcare and pension benefits.

User avatar
I like your thinking comprade R.O.C.K. if you're not already heading up the Dept. of Labor, you should be! (Pardon me if that's not the korrect term. I am a recovering kapitalist and therefore have alot to learn!)

PRIVATE SECTOR? <spit> Go denounce yourself. Let us know when you are finished.

User avatar
Tovarich Tovarichi - you and I both know that the "private sector" is merely a synonym for "fully government controlled sector".

I am shocked that you would think I could mean anything less.

However, at least for now, we must keep up the illusion of freedom and "free enterprise" for the masses, until they are all fully indoctrinated (or in the gulag).

Yet another ungrateful ex-Soviet:

Former Soviet Citizen To Address Texicon 2012

SergeiSmet.jpg
Sergei Smet, Russian immigrant and outspoken critic of the implementation of Soviet-style policies in the U.S. will speak during the first-ever Texas Independence Conference hosted by the Texas Nationalist Movement on Nov. 3rd.

Smet grew up in the Soviet Union, where he witnessed first-hand the "brainwashing, manipulation and brutality" of unbridled socialism, and the San Antonio resident says what is going on in Washington, D.C. scares him to death.

"In 2008, during the election campaign, I listened to one of Obama's speeches," said Smet, who tried to leave the Soviet Union for six years before winning the "green card lottery" in 1995, "I was listening to that speech for maybe five minutes and I figured out he was talking exactly like the old Soviet leaders used to talk. I was listening to this all my life!"

"I said to myself, 'Uh-oh, if he wins it's going to be a real mess.' I got depressed. I'm living in a socialist country again."

Smet was a musician in the USSR, and after emigrating first to California he began living the American dream the old-fashioned way: hard work.

"It took me six years to be able to come here because I was not a religious refugee," Smet said. "At the time it was my wife, my daughter and myself. We had no friends, no relatives, little money and little command of the language."

Smet didn't soak off social services, however. After first getting a job as a pizza delivery boy because of the lack of musicians' jobs, he began studying computer technology and immersed himself in studying English while at times working three jobs. He eventually landed a job as a telecommunications administrator.

"It was freedom," Smet said. "I was in a country where the parties changed power every few years, but we were free and the government didn't tell us what to do."

Then came the 2008 election.

Smet said he began looking around for some way to help stop something he knew all too well doesn't work.

"I came here for freedom and here it's going to be taken away again," he said. "What to do, where to go, where to hide from the socialist agenda?"

And yet another one:

GUEST FROM THE FUTURE
By Ilya Galak

IlyaGalak.jpg
I was born in the former Soviet Union, a country that could not sustain itself. One reason is Socialism. Many politicians and journalists from the left are trying to prove to us that Socialism is free medical care, free education, and free care for the elderly and poor; this is a lie. In the Soviet Union (a country with real socialism) the elderly received last priority. I remember how after calling an ambulance they would ask you your age. If you we're younger and working they would arrive eventually; if you we're retired, they might never come. The elderly can only be taken care of in a developed and enriched Capitalist society. When people and businesses become successful, they pay more taxes. Only then can the government afford to take care of its people. When there is no money the first things that are cut are social programs.

I would like to propose an experiment: read the Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx (1848) and the programs of the Bolsheviks in 1917, and then compare it with the rhetoric of many politicians, MSNBC reports, and the documents of almost all American Labor Unions. The wording may be a bit different, but the idea is the same: WORK LESS AND EARN MORE.

The worst part is that these politicians and union leaders, in the eyes of some American, appear as heroes and defenders of the common man. Even worse is that those words and ideas mentioned earlier help them come to power. Of course, who doesn't want to work less and earn more? But what if you are young and able and don't want to work?

The experience of the Soviet Union and other socialist countries shows that these ideas and words can destroy even the strongest economic system. This is what's going on in the U.S. Career politicians are leading us into my past.

We, Russians, are here as guests from the future. In Russia, the people who gained absolute power on these Red principles and slogans, soon thereafter abandoned them. They realized that it's impossible to not work and get paid. So instead they kept telling everyone that the nation is getting better and going forward.

If career politicians and union leaders don't understand where they are taking our country, let them ask someone who has lived under socialism. If they continue to promote socialist ideas for their own personal interests, that's unforgivable.

A system where it is better to not work than to work, when government and unions dictate over businesses, nothing good can come out of it. And so businesses flee overseas. Our children will pay the price for us re-electing career politicians who persecute business with countless new laws. Talk to the Russians, it's good for you; we came from your future.

User avatar
Comrade Square, this is disturbing beyond belief. Were these, then, the "dissidents" of the glorious Motherland? They must have been, for we all recognize their lies - what they're saying could NEVER be Current Truth!

And as for their claims about ambulances and such - the efficacy and outstandingly high quality of the soviet medical system is well documented and well known worldwide. As can be seen in the dramatic representation below, even when ambulances were not available (usually due to their amazingly fast response to ALL calls), physicians and their assistants would use whatever means of transportation was immediately available, even horses, and race to the rescue of the People in need!

DrZhivago.JPG
These former dissidents must be ignored - and fortunately the American media will continue to do exactly that!

As I was checking today's traffic stats, I noticed that this page is attracting visitors coming from this campaign website -

David Kempf for Mayor of Norman, Oklahoma

Specifically, the link to the Cube was on this page titled "Free Cheese."

We collectively salute the candidate and wish him to win the elections.

All we ask in return is to issue an executive order requiring all citizens of Norman, OK, to read the People's Cube on a daily basis and maybe erect a gigantic mousetrap on the central square as a reminder of the dangers of free cheese.

User avatar

Comrades, I have now visited this site in Norman, Oklahoma, and captured this snippet (my addition is in red).

I know that if I lived in Norman, Oklahoma I would vote for him.

And as a progressive, I may vote for him anyway. Several times :)

This morning we received this email from David Kempf, who is running for Mayor of Norman, the third largest city in Oklahoma, with 113,000 residents.

David Kempf wrote:Hi Oleg,

Thank you for your endorsement at https://thepeoplescube.com/peoples-blog ... tml#157495.

Since it comes from a nationally recognized figure, I don't doubt that it will have some influence on the local election. If elected, I will propose to the citizens a bronze mouse-trap sculpture modeled after your drawing. There is a very capable foundry here. I have been in hot debate with members of the town who are avid supporters of the public funding of the Arts. They should be pleased.

Additionally, your endorsement should help to balance the scales. I have lukewarm support from the local TEA party (they are busy with State of OK battles like Agenda 21). My opponents have outspent me $85,000 and $60,000 to $205. Their endorsements include either the Sierra Club or the local Chamber of Commerce. Your endorsement comes on the heels of another one from the Cleveland County Grassroots Republican Club. The election is April 2.

Norman, Oklahoma, is the third largest city in Oklahoma, with 113,000 residents. It is has been run for the last six years by a left-wing, Democrat academic seeking to enslave all of us and steal our property. She has bewitched many here, giving out that herself is some great one. She has been elected twice in a state where all 77 counties have been completely Red for the last two presidential elections. Curious, isn't it? There is a public university here, of course. I remain optimistic the people's hearts will turn to God from government, and give Him the respect He alone deserves.

Again, thank you for your support. Prayers for our deliverance are always appreciated. You have mine for yours.

Best regards,
David Kempf
Let's keep the momentum going with this...

The People's Cube Official Endorsement of David Kempf for Mayor of Norman, Oklahoma

And if this helps, we can also design David's election signage for free! "FREE" not as in "free cheese" but as in helping a comrade in arms who is fighting a battle for our freedom. This is history in the making!

I'm game for this! YeeHaa! Let's get this guy elected! Just tried to donate to his campaign but they're not taking donations until later this week. Here: https://davidkempfformayor.nationbuilder.com/donate

As specified above by the People's Director, free signage - as in free Obamaphones, NOT as in free lunch - will most certainly be available upon demand by any of the good people of Norman, Oklahoma (where my father was born, incidentally) who wish to support David Kempf for mayor.

Our graphics are YOUR graphics, Comrade Kempf!

(note to Cubists Party members: this COULD be rather fun :)

UPDATE:

We've been exchanging emails with David Kempf for a couple of days now. I'm going to make a special endorsement post tomorrow, with the picture of a glorious bronze mousetrap statue. In the meantime, see some relevant info from his emails below.

I put out a press of your endorsement at https://www.davidkempfformayor.com/national_endorsement.

If there is something else that you need or would like, please don't hesitate to ask.

I noticed someone inquired about making a monetary donation on your web site. I've updated that so it is now available to anyone wishing to do so. It can be done securely at https://davidkempfformayor.nationbuilder.com/donate. Someone doing that from a far away land would be exceeding abundantly above all I could ask or think, I think.

Thank you again for your kind consideration and offer. Also, many thanks to your comrades.

Sincerely,

David wrote:I was just thinking. For those of your group wanting to make a big splash, they could perhaps take out an advertisement in the Norman Transcript (our local newspaper) or the Oklahoman (delivered to many residents from Oklahoma City. With an ad, they could design anything they want.

The results would be immediate and timely, I suspect. Just thinking...
