This quote is attributed to various authors. I tried finding the origins and the real author, but couldn't. Instead, I found another good one:

"There are two types of fascists: fascists and anti-fascists."

This one comes from an Italian writer, Ennio Flaiano. The exact language is this:

"In Italia i fascisti si dividono in due categorie: i fascisti e gli antifascisti."
"In Italy fascists are divided into two categories: fascists and anti-fascists."
