Thoroughly debunked by now, except in the fevered imaginations of some alt-right wing conspiracy kooks, is the rumor that Hillary, our next president, had a seizure during a news conference. Hillary is fine, and the extreme head bobbing, coughing fits, and laughter over four Americans dying at Benghazi is perfectly normal behavior according to Snopes and other reliable sources.

Unfortunately, the alleged “seizure” still keeps coming up on the internet and in social media, information outlets that we don't yet fully control, and here again we must lay these ludicrous claims to rest.

Lisa Lerer, an unbiased reporter who was at the scene of the rumored seizure, reports that she was in no way startled by Hillary's behavior at a press conference. The open mouthed, wide eyed, eyebrow raising tucking in of the chin does not in any way indicate that the reporter was momentarily taken aback. She should know, she was there.

Speaking for myself, I often react in a similar way when I see an image of Hillary, so I can verify that such behavior is perfectly normal. Nevertheless, FOX “News” ran with the story of Hillary's rumored “seizure” and very tellingly never contacted Lisa Lerer to get her opinion. As if you needed another reason not to trust right wing propaganda regurgitation sources like FOX and Rush Limbaugh.

In other news, the rumors of the German airship Hindenburg erupting into flames at Lakehurst, New Jersey, continue to persist decades later. Alleged audio narrated by reporter Herbert Morrison of the Hindenburg exploding has been offered as proof along with film footage of the airship apparently burning and crashing.

Among the stubborn facts that the conspiracy kooks conveniently omit is that Paul von Hindenburg had died two years before the alleged incident took place. That an airship named after a deceased president would be blowing up after the president's death is manifestly absurd. Also, there are plenty of pictures of the Hindenburg not bursting into flames. Finally, the alleged audio of Herbert Morrison becoming “emotional” has long been debunked by later claims that “he always talked that way”. In an ironic twist, FOX News never contacted him either to let him speak for himself!

So what began with the “birthers” continues with the “healthers” and comes up from time to time with the “flamers”.

The internet is rife with sources spewing out misinformation and causing confusion among voters who otherwise would have the good sense to vote for Hillary.

Not only should people ignore bad rumors and listen to reliable sources; people ought to be protected from conflicting and confusing points of view.

The time has come for an independent, non-partisan agency to regulate the internet and punish misinformation and wrong opinions.

The Clintons were so poor when they left the white house they couldn't even buy an e-mail server in order to conduct criminal activities. So they had to settle for swiping your money to set things up.

From what I heard they put a new change of formaldehyde in him every year. Heck, just get some blood pumping through him, duct tape a few wires to his chest, plug him into the wall a few times, and he's good as new!

The "Hindenburg" rumor - flames over Lakehurst, NJ, on May 6, 1937 (!) - was Führer's fabrication, spread by Goebbels.
The timing wasn't random - it was (German precision!) set to embarrass and discredit TRUMP exactly 80 years later!
