Edict II

Edict VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused, especially po-lice in Baltimore, shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public show-trial, without an impartial jury, and shall not be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; shall not to be confronted with any witnesses against him; shall not have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and will not have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Edict VII
In Suits of common law, no tort-reforms shall be permitted and no limits on unjust compensations shall be denied.

Edict VIII
Excessive bail, especially for po-lice in Baltimore. shall be required, and excessive fines imposed, and cruel and unusual punishments inflicted regardless of evidence demonstrating otherwise.

Edict IX
The Constitution, of government power, shall be be construed to deny any additional protections to the people.

Edict X

When a conscript is serving, we can quarter him in any structure, but once he is discharged, we can give his lodging to a GITMO guest.

Why don't we just cut out the middleman because who needs a military anyway and keep the proceeds for ourselves tend to our guests, and pad the numbers of support our homeless Veterans?

What is this nonsense about "warrants"? There shall be no privacy amongst the slaves. All persons, houses, papers, and effects belong to the State and shall be easily accessible at all times.

Query about the part of Edict V which reads: "any person not of color shall be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb." Why only twice? What if the second show-trial acquits? I suggest invoking the Hanging Chad Rule and extending the number of times to as many as it takes to gain the desired outcome, e.g., conviction, lynching, etc.
