They explicitly or implicitly participate in the running of Che™ through the grinds, the gears, and the conveyer belt of the hated capitalist industry which Che™ sought to destroy.

The fact that everyone at Cafepress.com including the poor Albanian cleaning lady wears Che T-shirts all year round doesn't matter. Saboteurs and deviationists who stray from the Party line must be put against the wall and shot, period. Even if the company's dress code requires Che's face to be displayed prominently at all times, as apparently is the case with Cafepress.com.

Is good idea, but too many people could be "C", like too many hurricanes this year. It will make a good present for Javier - he just came home from a visit to his family in Buenos Aires and is a little sad, I think... Little reminders of the bad old times, be it what his parents' generation endured there, of the story of a countryman he cannot stand, or how his own government and police force was paid to blow up (or stand by while others did) AMIA - Asociacion Mutual Israelita Argentina in Buenos Aires in 1994... he dug through the rubble with his own hands, helping to recovery bodies... a little gift to help him to comes to terms with uprooting himself from his home and family and making a new home in Canada... he'll have his citizenship soon.

They're also good reminders of why it's necessary to fight terrorism and attacks on democracy and freedom, instead of playing semantic apologist games for those who would as happily kill us as look at us. I joke about playing devil's advocate, and I really am heterodox in my partisanship, but there are things in the world that are black and white. I only wish I lived in a country that remembered how to take care of itself - remembered that it fought on the side of freedom in WWI and II, and had a military for a reason... that didn't simply to pay lip service to the ideal of "Lest We Forget" when November 11th rolls around. Sadly, with family around the world - in the US and Canada, but also in places like Israel and Argentina, I fear that it's going to take a 9/11 or a 7/7 in Canada to wake the Liberal left of this country up to the fact that just because we would all just like to get along, doesn't mean that others do...

Only this morning the paper brings news that Liberal left in one of our most facist oil producing provinces is planning to adopt law making it okay for child to sue parent for harm done in womb if mother is in car accident, and warning that mother's milk contains dangerous levels of trans-fat as result of mother's diet (more reasons for US-like litigiousness to overrun Kanadjian legal system), and requiring further labelling of food-stuffs to reflect content of trans-fat... it has become blur of emotion, but I vaguely remember article saying something about some bureaucrat wanting us to emulate Denmark in instance of limiting trans-fat content of food to 2% by law, as well as retricting freedom of the press, giving up all Jews and building U-boats for Germany...

Rat-Thing is wild with anticipation. I haven't seen him this excited since the neighbour's gerbil got loose and showed up in our apartment, having traversed the radiator pipes. He woke me up at 4:00 in the morning, on that august occasion, to present me with a 'gift', and he was a much younger red-feline then (and the gerbil much better off, given our then neighbour's... proclivities). It is as if he has been renewed - the cat years falling away... milk... fish... a place where sleeping 23 1/2 hours a day is considered produktive... Hell... we're all in!!!
