I fully understand your reasoning. Ensuring Party Members on missions are taken care of takes precedence. As I am living north of Dearbornistan, I also see the wisdom in taking it from this area, less we offend our Islamic Jihad... um Religion of Peace(tm) followers here. They just do not understand the value of good vodka.

Instead, we are using the Peoples' money (wait... we cannot let the People know that Taxes take away THEIR money so this is hush-hush) to install foot-baths and other Islamic accommodations in our area. Our main issue is that some counter-revolutionaries using forbidden tools such as "independent thought", "logic", and "reason" are pointing to the glaring hypocrisy of the progressives. These dangerous counter-revolutionaries are pointing to such facts as this: While the progressives hem and haw about a supposed Christian Theocracy(tm) taking over the USA, the progressives are actually instituting a totalitarian socialist state where the "state" is "God". They point out that the progressives are engaging in a projectionist effort: stating what the progressives will do openly, but attributing it to "evil conservatives"!! The nerve of these... these people!!! I mean, how dare they use these forbidden tools and ferret out our secret tactics, techniques and procedures! We went through all this effort to create an artificial threat (Christian Theocrats) and they go and pop our balloon!

They further point out that while progressives crush the Jewish-Christian foundations of Western Culture and seek to silence followers of these religions, progressives actively bend over backwards to accommodate Islamists who seek to destroy all that is modern society and these Islamists will gleefully kill the progressives ASAP. These conservatives also display our complete 180 on such issues as "womyns' rights" and "equal opportunity" and "freedom" when it comes to Islamic accommodation and appeasement.

This is dangerous, comrades! These conservatives are a danger to the flock of useful idiots we have cultivated for decades. Things are not nearly so gloomy for the Party and Progressive Thought. For instance, while as you say, the radio is dominated by Bush lie deniers, insane right wingers etc., we own the TV, Hollywood, and what remains of major newspapers. This combined with our outstanding success in teaching the young minds of mush on our state schools, the value of good Socialist values and a history that began with the day they were born and malleable so we can change this history to meet our needs, we need not worry about losing most of these minds, at least till they are in their late 30's or 40's, or otherwise begin to discover the true cost of our socialist paradise.

We have even made great strides in the very heart of their false religion behind which they hide, All we need do is continue to encourage the idea that their God loves everyone and so doesn't care about what minor infractions they may make. I find no fault in your reasoning. If another major attack like 9-11-01 succeeds (many have been foiled, but some smaller "independent jihad" attacks still happened), the left will gleefully blame everything American, Jewish/Christian, and Western for it. All the time they will shed fake tears between blaming Bush and ironically demanding the government "do something". They will call for us to "understand the terrorists" while studiously ignoring WHAT said terrorists are actually saying and have been saying since the 7th century.

The left will call for more "Hate crime" laws to "protect innocent muslims" and will demand that we not imprison terrorists or track thier phone calls (profiling and wire-tapping is only allowed if used against conservatives). Then, no matter if the attack is done with box-cutters, chemical weapons, or backpack nukes, the left will demand MORE gun bans (as they did after 9-11) and move to instill a REAL police state.

All the while the Islamics will sit back and openly laugh at the left's stupidity and wonder at the "progressives" ability to not see the threat which not only identifies itself, but loudly calls for the destruction of all the left supposedly holds dear. All the while the Islamists will sharpen their knives in preparation for the next attack.

That said, I will continue to do my duty, and when deployed I will still write here as I do at Soldiersmind, Tankerbrothers, and FreeRepublic. They act so surprised, as if most half way informed people had never heard of Echelon. Hell, how many movies have we seen, Patriot Games comes to mind, where the CIA or NSA is shown with computers that search the electronic waves for certain key words or phrases? Just where do people get the idea that a phone call that ends or begins overseas has an expectation of privacy? I am assigned in Warrengrad and live near the River named after the future "President for Life" of America, Hillary Clinton, in the township of the same name. So about 20 minutes from Dearbornistan. When I drive home in uniform, it almost causes the masses of Party loyalists (this IS a very "progressive" area) to crash their carbon producing death engines, aka cars. The shock they have as they pass me and then look over causes them whiplash and almost makes me laugh.

Not 'funny haha' laugh, just a tired, 'not this again' laugh.

Plymouth is not progressive at all.. I passed though there on my way to visit my mother north of Battle Creek (also not a progressive area). The Party's solution for this is to have the political machines in Detroit and Grand Rapids erase all of the *evil conservative* votes in the non-citied areas. The university towns also assist in this by silencing conservative gatherings and thoughts in true Party fashion! This way, the large sucking sound which is Detroit can still get a loin's share of the state budget!!

The fact that most of these systems have been used for many years does not bother them, the only naturally worry because now it is the Bushitler that has access.

And that is another scary aspect of a dem president. They WILL profile/monitor, as they did in the 1990s, but they will not profile the clear and present danger of militant Islam. The BATF/FBI Terrorist "profile" in the 1990s paid lipservice to Islamic terrorism, but was more concerned with the way overblown "militia" movements. The left will not fight Islamic terrorists, but will gleefully go after all who oppose their power. FBI "Filegate", IRS "audits", and the multiple other "police state" style actions of president Bill Clinton show this.

Notice how nothing ever came of these militias? Yet we were told over and over that these "dangerous" groups wanted to overthrow the US Government and instill some sort of racist Christian theocracy. The left loves to state the McVeigh was a "milita member", yet he was thrown out of the miltiias long before he wrote his paper in support of Saddam, and long before he contacted a member of Saddam's terrorism unit and planned the Oaklahoma City attack. Even today, the left hems and haws about this. Yet it is the LEFT that is openly calling for a violent overthrow of the US government and the inprisionment/"re-education"/erradication of all who oppose them.

Red - I suspect that anything this lot reads touches a nerve, including their own posts to each other. They seem to spend more time arguing with each other like little children ("I know you are but what am I?") than they do discussing why they disagree with the evil Cubists in any meaningful or insightful way...
